UFO enthusiasts are divided over a photo and accompanying video of bizarre lights above Washington, DC. In the still shot, four orbs hover above the dome of the Capitol Building, while a video from a different location shows similar lights in the night sky. Several online investigators have debunked the photo's glowing dots as lens flare caused by bright lamps on the street below, yet this doesn't explain the formation in the video.
The buzz around these sightings follows the congressional hearings on UAP earlier this month. At this time, it is unclear exactly how the photo and video are related. Coast to Coast has reached out to DC resident Dennis Diggins, who allegedly took the picture, to learn more about the event.
